- We do not handle financial transactions

## 11. Service Availability & Modifications

- We aim for 99% uptime but make no guarantees
- Maintenance windows may occur without notice
- Third-party outages (Cloudflare, Anthropic) may affect service

### 11.2 Changes to Service
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
- We may change features without notice
- We may remove tools or functionality
- We will attempt to provide notice but make no guarantees

## 12. Termination of Access

We may terminate your access to HAMANI DOCS if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Repeatedly abuse the Service

Termination is immediate and may be without notice.

## 13. Indemnification

**You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless** HAMANI DOCS and its creators from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
